Role: ITSM Consultant

Join our client's dynamic team as an ITSM Consultant, where you'll contribute to enhancing IT service management processes, architectures, and technologies. Leverage your expertise to develop strategies, assess process maturity, and create implementation roadmaps. Responsibilities include designing and implementing processes, models, and tool strategies for Service Management Architecture, Optimization, Integration and Management, and ITIL process enhancement. Additionally, support software asset management, service automation, and AIOps initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in service management transformation
Proficiency in ITSM process design and implementation
Understanding of service management operating models
Familiarity with service management tool strategies
Experience with software asset management and service automation
Knowledge of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles
Familiarity with cloud technologies and financial management
Preferred certifications: ITIL4, COBIT

Additional Information:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication skills
Success in team environments
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Security clearance may be required
Citizenship requirements compliant with regulations
