    UX Lead Sydney Salary negotiable + Bonus Hybrid working Are you looking for a UX Lead role in Sydney? Do you have experience ofleading a small team of inhouse design creatives and ensuring a seamlessuser experience across all product touchpoints? We're recruiting for apioneering Australian company that's been operating for over 30 years inthe outdoor adventure industry.

    The Role In this UX Lead role, you will beresponsible for guiding and overseeing technical aspects of packagingdesign and other projects.

    You will also be responsible for leading thedevelopment of technical instruction manuals, drawings and documentationfor company products.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation,ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across all producttouchpointsCollaborate closely with product managers to define productrequirements, user flows and design solutions that align with businessgoals and user needs.

    Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedbackto inform design decisionsAdvocate for the needs and preferences of users throughout the designprocessEstablish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practicesto ensure consistency and scalabilityLead the development of technical instruction manuals, drawings anddocumentation for company productsCollaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and OperationsdepartmentsEnsure policies and procedures are adhered to with an emphasis oninternal controls and a safe workplaceParticipate in continuous improvement projects Skills and experience Bachelor's degree in the field of Industrial Design, Graphic Design,or Visual CommunicationProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

    Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely withcross-functional teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverseaudiences Benefits Good base salary plus bonusHybrid workingWFH Fridays N.B.
