- Processing high volumes of invoices efficiently
- Accurate data entry and documentation management
- Matching invoices with Purchase Orders and Delivery dockets
- Conducting reconciliations and processing payments
- Handling supplier queries and discrepancies promptly
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Managing subcontractor progress payments and statutory paperwork
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts payable
- Must have construction experience
- Proficiency in CHEOPS or similar ERP systems (preferred)
- Strong intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume work environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
