    Full time

    $113,600 + car allowance fuelcard & etag

    The Client
    Our client specialises in the installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, and upgrading of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems in all types of commercial, industrial, and residential properties across Australia and New Zealand. Their Automation and Controls team have years of experience delivering on projects and with a 24/7 around-the-clock service, they aim to protect their customers from the unexpected.

    The Position
    The Projects Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, executions, control and completion of all project-related works. Project work includes new installations of commercial HVAC systems, major overhauls and upgrades, retrofits, and replacements including building management control systems (BMCS) installations. You will be the person responsible for accomplishing the stated objectives include creating clear and attainable project objectives.
    Salary incl super = $113,600 + car allowance of $10,400. Will also be provided with a fuel card and eTag.
    Location: Bayswater VIC 3153.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Preparing the proposal or request for tender/quote (RFT or RFQ).
    • Ensure the project objectives and scope are in-line with client requirements.
    • Working with the clients to ensure the project pricing is in-line with their budget.
    • Following up with clients to achieve an approval or purchase order
    • Organising and managing labour resources for the project
    • Managing any necessary permits that may be required i.e. – crane lifting.
    • Running site inductions with employees involved in installation/project work
    • Organising and completing safe work method statements (SWMS) with employees involved in installation/project work.
    • Organising and managing the materials and equipment for the project.
    • Negotiating pricing with suppliers for new equipment and materials.
    • Preparing the handover manual including compliance certificates.
    • Regular follow up with clients regarding work that has not been approved in your Sales Funnel list. To be reviewed daily.
    • Prepare and deliver reports and letters to customers when requested
