About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting, through a targeted contact and escalation program, delivery of consistent, high quality, efficient operational service and risk decision outcomes, while inspiring a strong culture of collaboration, operational excellence, risk and quality management, people development, and continuous improvement.
Key focus on providing service excellence across every broker, customer and internal / external stakeholder interaction and request by demonstrating care, empathy and confidence, building trust, taking ownership, and acting with integrity at all times; while simultaneously gathering insights and making recommendations for initiatives, changes and areas of focus to improve the end-to-end service delivery across the value chain.
Role modelling the Group Purpose and Values, effective execution in this role will contribute towards key strategic pillars of Exceptional Customer Experience, Sustainable Profitable Growth and Enriching People as the business transforms to a Cloud Based, Digital Bank.
