    Executive Assistant to General Manager

    About the Role:

    We're seeking an energetic and forward-thinking Executive Assistant with natural leadership capabilities to join our team In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting two General Managers, ensuring their success in a fast-paced and complex environment. You'll be responsible for managing a diverse range of duties and driving the coordination and management of all administrative functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate business affairs on behalf of the General Managers.
    • Maintain effective communication within and between operating divisions and external stakeholders.
    • Manage complex diaries and emails, ensuring efficient organization and prioritization.
    • Proactively anticipate needs and ensure the General Managers are prepared in advance of meetings.
    • Prepare and coordinate presentations and reports.
    • Maintain systems and records effectively.
    • Coordinate venues, rooms, and meal requirements for events, business trips, flights, and accommodation bookings.
    • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external relationships, engagements, and communications.

    This position is suitable for an experienced Executive Assistant who instinctively knows how to use their own initiative and thrives in an ever-changing business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

    • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and other systems
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate key stakeholders' and business unit needs without compromising quality.
    • High-level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in systematic thinking and process improvement.
    • Previous experience working in a support capacity within a large organisation or face paced environment.
