- Schedule assessments and classes for Learn to Swim participants
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and implement process improvements

- Supervise swimming pool during lessons

- A current Working with Children Check and Police Check

Description
As the Swimming Administrator and Pool Deck Supervisor, you'll be a key part of our team, supporting the Learn to Swim Manager in the day-to-day operations of the swimming programs. Your role will involve both administrative tasks for the Learn to Swim and Squad programs and on-deck supervision of Learn to Swim classes.
Hours of Work: 25.5 hours per week
Monday: 11.30 AM – 5.00 PM
Tuesday: 11.30 AM – 5.30 PM
Wednesday: 11.30 AM – 5.30 PM
Thursday: 10.45 AM – 5.30 PM
Saturday: 8.15 AM – 12.00 PM
Our swim program at MLC is a vibrant community where over 500 participants, including MLC students and community members, come together to learn and enjoy swimming. We're dedicated to providing high-quality swimming education in a supportive and inclusive environment. The MLC Learn to Swim program provides a pathway to competitive swimming through MLC Aquatic, one of Victoria's most successful swimming clubs.
