Point Care is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Position Summary:

Support clients in line with their NDIS plan.
Assist clients with daily living tasks like eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
Provide transportation support.
Offer respite care to clients and their families.
Maintain accurate records of clients' care plans and progress.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members.
Adhere to health and safety regulations for client well-being.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on NDIS practices.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certificate 2 or 4 in individual support (or willingness to obtain).
Experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
Availability for day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, and weekends.
Familiarity with NDIS guidelines and health regulations.
Ability to cater to the diverse needs of clients based on abilities, backgrounds, and languages.
Basic first aid and care skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
