Winnings is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our flagship showroom. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee and beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

• Maintain expert knowledge in hospitality and specialty coffee.
• Ensure high coffee quality, service, and presentation.
• Introduce innovative coffee ideas aligned with the brand.
• Warmly greeting and serving customers.
• Taking and preparing customer orders, including a variety of beverages and light snacks.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the showroom.
• Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.
• Assisting in creating a welcoming environment.

• 3+ years' barista experience in specialty coffee.
• Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Permanent full-time position.
• Monday - Sunday (rotating roster)
• Drivers, there is 2-hour parking available on Danks St, or you can find free parking on Walker St in Redfern.
