- 5+ Years in Management: Demonstrated experience leading teams and projects effectively for at least five years.
- 3+ Years within the VEU, ESS, or Equivalent: Proficiency in Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU), Energy Savings Scheme (ESS), or similar programs, with a minimum of three years' experience.
- Significant Experience as an Operations Manager (or Equivalent): Proven track record in operational leadership roles, or similar positions, showcasing your ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness within an organisation.
- Knowledge of Solar Design, Installation, or Equivalent: Familiarity with solar energy systems, including design principles, installation processes, and relevant industry standards.
- Well-Developed Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands efficiently.
- Ability to Manage Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Proven capability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members, while effectively managing their expectations.
- High Level of People Management Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, enabling you to motivate, mentor, and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
- High Level of Analytical Reporting Skills: Proficiency in analysing data, interpreting insights, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner, supporting informed decision-making processes.
