    Executive Manager, Data Platforms - Digital, Marketing & Customer Engagement

    Job Description
    • The Executive Manager of Digital, Marketing & Customer Engagement in Data Platforms serves critical internal clients in Westpac's Consumer Banking Division.
    • Your team of around 100 colleagues is part of the Data Platforms DCEW division, which includes departments such as WIB and Treasury, Digital and Marketing, Customer, Special Business Division.
    • As a data leader, you will design and implement data solutions to protect our customers and community.
    • You must communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and create innovative data delivery solutions.

    Your key responsibilities may include:

    • Lead and/or contribute to departmental data execution and roadmaps aligning with Westpac Group's Data Strategy.
    • Challenge the status quo to simplify processes.
    • Utilize Data Platforms applications to deliver customer-focused solutions in collaboration with CIO teams.
    • Establish governance frameworks for progress monitoring and risk identification.
    • Enhance data architecture and integration capabilities.
    • Improve delivery cadence with Persistent Teams and Agile methods.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing data team.
    • Manage resources and budgets for data services development and maintenance.
