- Mechanical & Structural Designs, AutoCAD & Inventor - to AS Standards
- Skeletal modeling to facilitate design criteria for designated projects
- Office based role, Albury Area, friendly team, cohesive & supportive environment
- Lead your design projects from initial concept through to completion
- Create accurate and detailed mechanical and structural technical drawings and models using AutoCAD & INVENTOR software
- Skeletal modeling to facilitate design criteria to create components for relevant criteria (design dimensions, constraints, parameters)
- Design of Conveyors, Chutes, Drags, Walkways, Elevators, and more (multi-skilled)
- Liaise with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure that the designs meet project requirements following AS Standards
- Generated detailed 3D models and advanced assemblies, weldments, and drawings and recorded BOMs
- Carrying out design review documents and liaising with Technical Writers to make sure accurate reports are recorded
- Designing/modifying support tower, Chutes, drags, over silo walkways, and bucket Elevator as per requirement
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to evaluate a sales brief and produce 3D CAD designs
- At least 5 years of design experience
- Excellent 3d design and detailing skills - Inventor or Solidworks
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to record own BOM's

Client & Engineer:
An engineering company that works within the heavy industrial space (mechanical, structural, civil) is looking to hire a Senior Designer to produce Inventor mainly and CAD 2d and 3d designs, with some use of Solidworks software from time to time.
Reporting to the Drawing Office Manager you will be required to combine your engineering skills with practical experience to produce 3D design solutions for your dedicated portfolio of clients.

Our client offers competitive remuneration packages, they vary with regards to experience, $85,000 to $110,000 + Super (depending on experience).
