Customer Service Officer

$35 p/hour + S
Liverpool District
6 Month Temp Contract - Immediate start

We are currently recruiting multiple Customer Service and Administration roles to join a global organisation located in Liverpool for 6-Month temporary position. This role is available for an immediate start and you will be in a supportive and friendly team.

Warranty Claims Officer;

Answering incoming phone calls regarding warranty and payment queries
Process warranty claims through SAP
Following up outstanding claims.
Notifying the Warranty Manager of any pricing discrepancies.

As the successful applicant, you will;

Have extensive experience within similar roles
SAP experience is not required, but desirable
Have intermediate MS Office
Have clear and concise communication skills
Be available to commit to the length of the assignment
