- Oversee global mobility programs, ensuring smooth transitions for employees relocating internationally.
- Manage the HR administration and systems team to maintain efficient HR operations across all assigned regions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives in Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, and other Asian countries.
- Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to maintain competitive reward and benefits schemes.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to reward and compensation initiatives.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
