    We are seeking for a Manager Rewarding, HR Information Systems and Administration to join our HR team and be a part of a company that's reshaping the future with sustainable solutions.     WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Design and implement compensation and benefits packages tailored to each country's regulations and market standards.
    • Oversee global mobility programs, ensuring smooth transitions for employees relocating internationally.
    • Manage the HR administration and systems team to maintain efficient HR operations across all assigned regions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives in Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, and other Asian countries.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to maintain competitive reward and benefits schemes.
    • Lead cross-functional projects related to reward and compensation initiatives.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
    • Strong understanding of global mobility and international HR practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively across different cultural contexts.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to assess complex data.
    • Proficient in HRIS and comfortable with leveraging technology to improve HR systems.
