    Location Sydney CBD

    Role Senior Novated Specialist

    This is a great opportunity to join a growing non-bank lender within the asset finance space. As a Novated Specialist, you will be responsiblee for for providing support and direction to Novated introducers, Clients, Employers and Salary Packagers.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Serving as a main point of contact for clients, introducers/salary packagers, and employers to assist with inquiries
    • Ensuring exceptional service by fostering connections and providing dependable assistance to strengthen relationships with brokers, salary packagers, and clients
    • Supporting salary packagers/introducers with backend challenges
    • Overseeing the novated email inbox, assigning tasks to the appropriate department, and issuing instructions accordingly
    • Creating and compiling requested documentation such as Re-Novation Agreements, Contracts, and Payment Authorisations

    Skills and Experience:

    • Previous Novated Leasing experience within Asset Finance
    • Prior experience in a customer-based role with a strong track record of delivering a positve client experience
    • Great stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Tertiary qualified, preferably in Finance or Commerce
