- Deliver outstanding service and autonomously run your territory as you see fit
- Focused, small territory in Sydney's Central West
- Focused, high-preforming Western Sydney territory
- Sell and support leading Orthopaedic surgical products into Public and Private Hospitals
- Provide technical and clinical/surgical support in the operating theatre to surgeons and support staff
- Conduct comprehensive training and education to surgeons, registrars, nurses, and other hospital staff on the appropriate utilisation and maintenance of products
- Work in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment - no 2 days are the same
- Sales and business expertise with a demonstrated track record of success in field-based territory management
- Resilient and can thrive in a high-pressure setting
- Keen attention to detail and motivated to learn highly technical procedures
- Critical, out-of-the-box thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
