Personal Care Assistant

St Paul's is our 40-bed home located in Northbridge NSW . We have opportunities for Personal Carers to join our team on a permanent part time basis. The shift times we have available are:

Morning: 6:45am to 2:45pm
Afternoon: 2:30pm to 9:45pm
Night: 9:30pm to 7:00am

You will be responsible for providing essential personal care services for our residents to ensure a high quality of life. This includes assisting our residents with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, assisting with meals service, mobility, and social support.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

Completion of Cert III or Cert IV qualifications in aged care, independent support, or similar
Previous experience working within a residential aged care facility
Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a wide range of people
Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
COVID vaccinated
NDIS check or willing to obtain
